Hello Beautiful,

The time to change is now.

Yesterday I shared a beautiful conversation with one of my student super stars and an upcoming coach, as her accountability partner. 

We made some massive discoveries about her karma and how to change her life.  I was so proud of her as she dug deep and discovered that in order for her to experience the results in her life that she truly wants, she has to GO BIGGER. 

I felt her stand on her dharma, the path of her purpose, her feet firmly planted.

She declared that she wants more than just a new or different job, but that she wants, no she DESERVES, real wealth, real freedom, real peace.

She felt the calling to speak her truth and share her story, knowing that she has the power to heal other women who have also been victims of domestic violence.

She found clarity in her purpose in this one call. 

Her purpose is to live her purpose IN her life, today.  That her purpose is not something to hope for, or to chase or to find, but something to craft and create now, in real living time. 

Change takes only minutes to make.  It’s the practice that is long. 

But wouldn’t it be worth it to change your life and practice the change over your lifetime?  Wouldn’t it be exciting to live the life you dream of, forever?? 

I would rather live a short life I love, practicing better ways of being, practicing habits that are more effective, practicing letting go of all things that shrink me, sabotage me, and keep me living too small, living each day as a practice of greatness, than living a long life of quiet despair, silent stress, and everyday depression. 

I am so excited for my protégé, that after her call, I could feel her energy lighter and brighter, a sign that the conversion of her potential is beginning to expand.  Even through the distance of miles and cities and time between us, I experienced her spirit lifting, like a plane taking off the runway. 

It is just the beginning for her.  There is much work now to do.  She will be under new construction.

There is a lifetime of old limiting beliefs that will have to be deleted.  Her mind is already going through a makeover, and I can’t wait for her to experience her before and after. 

I giggled to myself as she sorted through her words, attempting to express her breakthroughs, just like a fawn who attempts to stand on unsteady legs for the first time. 

She is learning a new language.  It will sound awkward and choppy.  It will be difficult to articulate new feelings with a new vocabulary. 

She is learning a new way of thinking, which is challenging her to notice herself under a microscope, picking and choosing the truth from the lies.

She is learning a new way of taking action, which like that fawn, is difficult to balance on legs that are like stilts.  She will fall much more than she will leap. 

She is learning a new way of behaving, which will be weird and uncomfortable, like wearing someone else’s shoes. 

She is learning a new way of being.  In order to change her life, she will have to change everything.  We cannot stay the old me and be the new me, at the same time. We must practice before it becomes easy.

But here, in her awakening, she will get to pick and choose her path, her dharma.  Will it be a smooth and sexy path? Or will it be a bumpy and struggling path?  Ahh…it’s funny, but it’s the same path. 

She has turned her light on, and it’s shining brighter than ever.  She made a decision, during the call, that she won’t be just a lamp and light up just a room.  She said, “I want to be the generator.”

The generator holds the power to MORE.  The power to light lamps.  The power to light rooms.  The power to light the whole house.  She changed her karma.  By becoming the generator, she will have the power to light the world.

 And I believe her.  Just this one thought, has the power to change her whole life.  Just this one

ah ha moment changes everything. 

She didn’t know it, but her future just flashed through time and moved light years closer to her.  Now, its within her grasp.  All she has to do now, is practice changing everything.
